I’m calling it now. This will be the wedding song of 2023. Ed Sheeran just teased new music on social media. He puts down his guitar and sits behind his piano to bring you a quick snippet of, “Eyes Closed.” Will this be his next single? We’ll just have to wait and find out. Right now, I can imagine a couple that just got engaged running through playlist after playlist and searching through artist after artist. They just want to find the perfect wedding song. No doubt they’ve already visited Ed Sheeran’s popular ballads like “Perfect” and “Thinking Out Loud.” This one will be bigger. Ed Sheeran’s, “Eyes Open” will be the wedding song of 2023.
