Meet Today’s Wet Nose Wednesday Pup: Scotty!

Get To Know Me:

Scotty wants to be your Valentine! This boy is a 4 year old Retriever mix. He’s 45 pounds and super friendly. He is always at his kennel door, waiting to greet his next visitor. This handsome Retriever mix had to be cut from a tangled runner and rescued from a poor situation. He is dog selective, meaning he likes some dogs and others he does not. Scotty is athletic and loves going on walks. When he plays with other dogs, he likes to be chased as he runs wide circles around the play yard. Scotty can be adopted to a loving home for $35.

All adoptable pets at the Aiken County Animal Shelter are vaccinated, microchipped & fixed.

The Aiken County Animal Shelter is located at 333 Wire Road in Aiken.  Hours are 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Saturday. The shelter is closed on Sunday.
