Get To Know Me:
Hi, I’m Gus! I’m a 2 to 3 year old, possible Havanese mix and I weigh around 9 pounds.
My Perfect Fur-Ever Home:
My ideal home would be a very active family who would love having a outgoing pup. Who would love teaching me all kinds of commands, I’m one smart boy. My foster mom says I learn so quickly and I’m always looking to please the ones I love. Maybe because I’m such a love bug, I can’t get enough kisses and belly rubs. I get along with other dogs and kids… as long as they can handle my puppy playfulness.
I’m still trying to understand boundaries when it comes to play time, it would be pawsome having a four-legged sibling to play with! A fenced in yard for a game of chase, getting the zoomies and working on potty training. I’m getting the hang of it but I still need a little work. Consistency and praise, that’s the best way to help me along. I’m learning all about crate training too, me being able to see my foster siblings makes a huge difference.
If you are looking for a new bestie who enjoys snuggling in bed at night and giving you good night kisses than I’m your pup! I might need a little work but I will make my forever family feel so very loved! Could that be you?

“Cody” Blaine Jackson is one half of the Kicks Wake Up Krew on Kicks 99, and also serves as the Digital Program Director for Beasley Media Group in Augusta. She’s a Georgia native but currently resides just across the river in South Carolina. She started in the radio industry as a part-time board operator, and moved up through various roles, including on-air positions and program director for multiple stations.
