Get To Know Me:
Hi, I’m Ellie! I’m a 8 month old Pretty Pittie and I weigh around 45 pounds. When I came into rescue, I was found by animal control abandoned and suffering from Demadex. I only had a few little sporadic pieces of fur and major skin infections. My foster mom jumped at the chance to give me the life I deserve and thanks community support I was able to get immediate medical attention. Now it’s time for me to find my forever home and start my next chapter.
My Perfect Fur-Ever Home:
My ideal home would be an active one, who loves play time and heading out in new adventures. From cuddles on the sofa to going hiking at your favorite park, I’m the perfect addition to the family.
I get along with other dogs of all sizes, as long as they have patience with my puppy mischievous ways. Kids are great and I love giving them lots of kisses! Since I’m still a puppy it might be best if kids are around they understand my boundaries and big enough where I am unable to knock them down. I get very excited when it comes to play time! A fenced in yard would be ideal since I love using my sniffer and chasing the squirrels.
My foster family thinks I’m pretty close to perfect and have really enjoyed having me around. We have training days where I’ve learned a lot of basic commands. They say I’m pretty stubborn at times but if you have my favorite treat I will follow you anywhere.
I’m house trained and crate trained. I do love my naps on the sofa and every once in a while sneaking on the bed at night. I think I’m doing them a favor.. everyone needs a cuddle buddy, right?
