Get To Know Me:
Hi, My name is Jake! I’m a 10 month old chihuahua and I weigh around 10 pounds. I was an owner surrender, no fault of my own.
My Perfect Fur-Ever Home:
My ideal home would be a active family. I just have a lot of puppy energy so I need a family who can match my personality. A fenced in yard would be pawsome, I have a lot of running around chasing squirrels to do.
I also love to play fetch, chasing my foster siblings around and checking out every noise I hear. My foster mom says I’m very curious.. I think it’s her nice way of saying I’m nosy!
I am crate trained, but I don’t love being away from my people if I know you are home. I’m doing super well with potty training, I can almost get through the night, but if I can’t I will let you know I need to go. I’ve been sleeping in bed so I’ve gotten pretty spoiled.
I can walk on a leash, but I get a little excited, I am still a pup. I need a family to continue to work with my puppy training needs. I’m great with other dogs, I can play all day long. Also I’m great around kids too, any age, any size, I want all the playmates I can get! I’m great with cats too and understand their boundaries. I get along with everyone!
My foster mom says I’m just so sweet and have so much love to give. Bonus, she says I’m super duper soft too! She just knows my furever home is out there waiting on me too. She did promise me that my next family will love me just as much or not more than she does already.
