Pattycake, Pattycake, baker’s man…..what’s that you say? I have the words spelled wrong? Well, I’m here to tell you, I don’t because my name is Pattycake, not pat-a-cake. Isn’t that such a sweet name? It is perfect because I am a sweet 12 year old chihuahua lady who is looking for her next forever home.
My Perfect Fur-Ever Home:
My previous human has sadly gone into hospice and is no longer able to care for me, but I have decompressed and I am ready for you. I love my carrots (insert rabbit emoji), my superstar dog treats (insert Mary Katherine Gallagher SNL skit) and being with you at all times (insert cuddly doggie). I am indifferent to other dogs, fine with cats and just fine with kids of all ages. As long as I can see you, I am good to go.
Right now, when you leave I get a little nervous but I’ve had a lot of changes lately, so I may calm down once I know you’ll come back to me. I don’t have a tremendous amount of energy so no need for long walks, but I am leash trained and would like to go out occasionally. And I like my afternoon naps, because who doesn’t. Do I seem like a good fit for you and your family? I can’t wait to meet you!
