LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA - NOVEMBER 02: Kehlani enjoys a simply perfect Paloma at PATRÓN Tequila’s Día de Muertos Celebration at City Libre on November 02, 2019 in Los Angeles, California.

According to a new lawsuit, Kehlani crashed a Ferrari the singer had rented, as TMZ reports. A luxury rental car company is suing the singer and claims that, back in April, she rented a Ferrari and said it was for personal use only.

However, the company claims that the singer used it in her new music video instead and somehow damaged the car in an expensive collision.

The company claimed it lost over $1,000 a day while the Ferrari was being repaired, according to the lawsuit. The documents claim that the singer caused the rental company to lose over $35k in potential rental fees.

The value of the Ferrari was also reduced by $88,573. Not only is the rental company coming for Kehlani for damages but they also want her driver’s license suspended.

Kehlani has yet to comment on the matter.
