There have been a lot of reports and rumors swirling about Forever 21 going bankrupt – as early as this coming Sunday- but the company wants everyone to know that those rumors are untrue.
The clothing company spoke with USA Today to set the record straight. “The reports are inaccurate; Forever 21 is not planning to file for bankruptcy on Sunday. Our stores are open and it is our intention to continue to operate the vast majority of U.S. stores, as well as a smaller amount of international stores.”
These rumors came after it was discovered that Forever 21 hired advisors to help restructure its debt and get additional financing.
