Nothing Says Thanksgiving Like A Slice Of Thanksgiving Pizza
Noting says Thanksgiving like a slice of Thanksgiving pizza. In two short weeks, we’re all going to gather with loved ones and stuff our faces with lots of proteins, sugars, and carbs. I already know I’m going back for a second plate and eventually, I’ll probably have three desserts. Of course, all of this will be going on while the sound of crowd noises and referee whistles fill the silence that happens once everyone’s four bites into their plate and has run out of things to say. With that said, might I recommend the ultimate conversation piece no matter how you slice it? You can thank Digiorno for this interesting creation. I introduce to you the Thanksgiving pizza!
Give Thanks And A Corner Piece Please
Digiorno introduced their Thanksgiving pizza a couple of weeks ago and it has been met with a ton of interest. So much so, it looks as if they have to time release their seasonal product due to the overwhelming demand. And why not, it’s Thanksgiving on a pizza! From the looks of it, I’ve had at least one of the ingredients on another type of pizza at some point in my life. Just like a normal Thanksgiving meal, it all gets mixed together anyway and goes to the same place.
The Ingredients
Digiorno didn’t fall short of including the traditional Turkey Day ingredients. The pizza includes turkey, gravy, green beans, sweet potatoes, cranberries, mozzarella cheese, and a crispy onion topping. They went with the deep-dish style crust and in my opinion, maybe the crust could’ve been made with stuffing or dressing ingredients. Nonetheless, I’m so curious about this pizza and I really want to try it.
