Disney To Remove All Content Off Netflix!
Disney is looking to start their own streaming service, which means ANOTHER fee to watch your favorites.
Honestly, this is getting pretty frustrating. It’s like having Spotify but wanting to listen to Jay-Z, AKA can’t be done without a secondary subscription to Tidal.
CNBC reports that Disney will be pulling their content from Netflix, and they will be launching their own streaming service, set to premiere in 2019.
There will also be an ESPN video streaming service, which will include the MLB, NHL, and more.
According to the latest earnings report, the movies will be on board on Netflix until the end of 2018, and will include both Disney and Pixar films in the removal.
To be honest, how many people are going to purchase another subscription just to watch Disney content? I’m sure many will, but will it be enough to sustain a full Disney streaming service?
Too soon to tell.
