Goodwill Accepting PPE Donations!
As we continue to come together in the wake of COVID-19, local Goodwills are suspending retail operations and switching gears to help front-line fighters!
Healthcare personnel and front-line fighters need our support now more than ever, especially when it comes to keeping them protected. Goodwill has made the decision to suspend retail operations and use their donation centers to accept Personal Protective Equipment donations.
Goodwill is working alongside local agencies and establishments to distribute donated PPE items to help out locally, and most importantly, protect our first responders. This has been a challenging time for all businesses and communities, so although Goodwill’s doors are temporarily closed to retail shoppers, they are still finding a way to make an impact.
All retail locations will now be open to PPE donations along with gently-used items that can be dropped off at the designated no-contact donation zone. This is a great way to still help out within the community and make an impact with those facing Protective Equipment shortages.
If you, or anyone you know, has PPE items they are willing to donate, please visit your nearest Goodwill retail location!
