There have been many guesses on what’s to come next in place of Final Cut. One being a food hall, which we are not sure is completely off the table.

It is confirmed that the Furys Ferry Hardware store will be moving into the space, but not the full location. The hardware store will take up 20,290 square feet of space. It has been confirmed that it will be subdivided with a Greek-American restaurant and another retailer. So the guess is still out for what else will be joining these two businesses.

2 Boys and Grill is currently located in the former Denny’s Restaurant building located on Washington Road. The restaurant has been there for almost three years. They will be taking up about 3,415 square feet.

They will be moving the restaurant equipment and furniture in 2024 – in enough time to get their permit approval.

The Jordan Trotter team is working with prospective tenants on the remaining 18,903 SF space of the Petersburg Shoppes.
