Covid-19 Testing Site In North Augusta
MIAMI, FLORIDA - APRIL 17: Dr. Natalia Echeverri, prepares a swab to gather a sample from the nose of a homeless person to test for COVID-19 on April 17, 2020 in Miami, Florida. Dr. Echeverri is part of a group of community organizations that are helping the homeless by providing tests, protective masks, gloves, tents, and other items to the people in need. The organizations feel that the local government programs are not doing enough for the homeless during the coronavirus pandemic. (Photo by Joe Raedle/Getty Images)
An additional Covid-19 testing site is now open in North Augusta.
The new site is located at Riverview Park Activities Center, 100 Riverview Park Drive, North Augusta, and is open from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. daily. Testing is done in the parking lot at the Activities Center, by the PODS container and tent.
This is a drive through site for testing, and no appointment is required. They do prefer that you register ahead of time. Registration for testing can be done HERE.
The tests at this site are saliva tests, and it’s recommended you don’t eat or drink anything prior to testing. Testing is free at this location, and is available for all ages.
