CSRA News: Unvaccinated SRS Workers Return to Work
Workers at the Savannah River Site who had been on a leave of absence for several months after being exempted from the company’s Covid-19 vaccine mandate due to religious reasons, are now able to return to work.
Savannah River Nuclear Solutions President and CEO Stuart MacVean says the change was recently made since the CDC guidance no longer requires testing for unvaccinated people, due to a dramatic decrease in the number of Covid-19 cases being reported.
