CSRA News: Owner of Grovetown Shop Arrested
The owner of a Grovetown tobacco and vape shop was arrested Monday for repeatedly selling those products to minors.
Yousef Jabar Humaidi had been previously cited last month for the sale of tobacco to minors after investigators had made multiple purchases from the Harlem Tobacco and Vape Shop on Harlem-Grovetown Road.
An investigation revealed Humaidi had sold tobacco and vape products to minors again as recently as last week.
He was arrested Monday and charged with the sale of tobacco to minors and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Grovetown officials are in the process of reviewing the license for the business.
