Ari Behn, one of the men who accused Kevin Spacey of sexually assaulting him, has committed suicide. According to Page Six, Behn was a former member of Norway’s royal family. He was married to Norway’s Princess Martha Louise from 2002 to 2017. The pair has three daughters. He was 47 when he passed.
In a statement, Ari Behn’s manager said, “It is with great sadness in our hearts that I on behalf of the very closest relatives of Ari Behn must announce that he took his own life today.” The royal house of Norway put out an additional statement, writing, “Ari was an important part of our family for many years, and we carry warm and good memories of him with us.”
Per Page Six, in December of 2017, Behn accused Spacey of “groping him under a table at a Nobel Peace Prize concert in 2007.” TMZ adds that Behn had been battling alcoholism for years.
Two days ago, Kevin Spacey posted a video on Instagram channeling his former House of Cards character, Frank Underwood. The video shows him by a fireplace, wishing everyone a Merry Christmas, and stressing the importance of killing people with kindness. Watch the video below.
