Forever 21 is really going through it right now. The fashion chain is already dealing with rumors that it is about to file for bankruptcy, and now they have to deal with getting sued by Ariana Grande.

The gossip site TMZ is reporting that the singer is coming after them over a look-alike ad campaign. Apparently, they pitched her an endorsement deal, she declined, and they created an ad campaign in her likeness. The model and the clothing she is wearing in the ads is clearly ripping Grande off.

TMZ also adds, “Grande claims the company stole imagery from her album to create a false perception Ariana was backing the Forever 21 brand. The suit alleges F21’s look-alike model also reenacted scenes and shots from the album’s singles and music videos…specifically ‘7 Rings.'”

Ariana Grande is suing for $10 million, according to the site.
