It’s almost here– Baseball Season! Our Augusta GreenJackets, the Single-A Affiliate of the Atlanta Braves, will have a 66 Home Game 2022 Championship Season.  According to their press release today, they have locked in their Promotional Schedule for the season, which includes fireworks, theme nights, giveaways and more.

GreenJackets Vice President, Tom Denlinger, says, “Our front office staff has been busy putting together one of the most robust promotional calendars at SRP Park, and we cannot wait to get the fans back out to SRP Park to enjoy, you won’t want to miss this!”

There will be 11 post-game fireworks extravaganzas throughout the season.  The team also has many weekly promotions for the BEE-A-Fan season.  Each day of the week has different recurring promotions, these include:

• Tuesdays, in partnership with News 12/NBC 26 & Sunny 102.7

  • First Responders Tuesdays, presented by Academy Sports and Outdoors: Fire, Police, and EMS will receive $2 off reserved seats or general admission tickets with valid ID.
  • First Responder of the Game: You can nominate a CSRA First Responder who might be recognized during the game.  You can nominate HERE.
  • $2 TWOsday: Hot dogs, Nachos, Popcorn and Coca-Cola products will be $2 along with select domestic beers.

• Wednesdays, in partnership with News-Talk WGAC Augusta

  • “Warrior Wednesdays”– There will be special military-themed jerseys, which will be auctioned off on Saturday, September 3rd to benefit the CSRA Alliance for Fort Gordon.
  • Active military and veterans can receive $2 off reserved seat or general admission tickets with valid ID.
  • Baseball Bingo, presented by Comfort Keepers- Fans can play along for a chance to win prizes and memorabilia.
  • Silver Jackets Program, presented by AARP of Georgia, Augusta Ear, Nose, Throat & Allergy, and Comfort Keepers- Fans 60+ years of age can become a member, and attend each Wednesday Game and other benefits.  Click here for more details.

• Thursdays, in partnership with Kicks 99 and 93.9 BOB FM

  • The fan favorite…  Thirsty Thursday™ is BACK.  Enjoy $1 PBR and Natural Light, $2 Coca-Cola products and half-priced drafts during Happy Hour (6-8pm)

• Fridays, in partnership with HD 98.3

  • “Braves BUZZfest” will honor our affiliate with Braves-themed jerseys and hats.
  • “Feature Friday” will highlight Chef-inspired burgers and hot dogs, plus half-priced featured beer at the Keg Stand from 6-8pm.

• Saturdays, in partnership with Kicks 99

  • Saturday Fireworks Extravaganza’s happening on 4/23, 4/30, 5/14, 6/4- presented by Augusta University Health, on 6/18 and 7/2- presented by TaxSlayer, City of North Augusta and Riverside Village, and additional nights on 7/30 and 8/20.
  • “State Farm Family Saturdays” – presented by Anthony and London Thuan- with family-fun on the concourse during pre-game.
  • Live Music from local musicians during the White Claw Pregame Concert Series, every Saturday from 4:30 – 5:30 pm with $2 off White Claws until first pitch

• Sundays, in partnership with Shout 94.7

  • Holiday Sunday Fireworks Extravaganza’s – 5/29 for a Mega Memorial Day, 7/3  for Independence Day presented
    by TaxSlayer, City of North Augusta and Riverside Village & 9/4 for Labor Day
  • Sunday Funday returns- kid-friendly themes each week, face painting, and kids run the bases!
  • Bark in the Park, presented by Hollywood Feed.  Dogs get free entry and can sit in the lower seating bowl (excluding section 100 and 200 levels).  Dogs must be leashed throughout their visit to SRP Park.
  • $5 BBQ Pork Sandwiches – featuring Maurice’s Piggie Park BBQ.
  • Junior Jackets Kids Club, presented by Tum-E Yummies, Pediatric Partners, and the Family YMCA of Greater Augusta – Kids 12 and under can join for free and have two membership options for the season.  Details HERE.

  The giveaways include:

  This will include the World Champions Trophy Appearance (April 22nd), Star Wars theme, College Nights, Pimento Cheese Night, Father’s Day, Independence Day, Cliche Christmas, Dinosaur Night, Princess & Villains Night, Auggie’s Birthday Bas, and the BEE-A-Fan Appreciation Night/Luau Night.
