A Richmond County domestic dispute leaves one woman dead last night.  According to WJBF, Richmond County Deputies responded to a call around 10:45 p.m. last night (Wednesday).  Shortly after the initial call came in, dispatch got another call about shots fired at the same location.

After arriving, deputies attempted to communicate with the man inside the home on Brandywine Place. The man refused to come out, and later he fired shots at the deputies.  They returned fire, which struck the man at least once.  The man was taken into custody and treated at the hospital for injuries. No deputies were injured in the incident.

Once the situation was under control, deputies entered the home and found a woman dead.  She was identified as 48-year-old Commen Gun.  She was shot dead by her husband.
