Be The Grill King For Dad This Weekend

As hard as it may be for dad, on Sunday for Father’s Day, give him the day off behind the grill and you do the work.  Here comes my wing recipe.  I promise you it’s easy, but it does take a little extra time but well worth it!

• Step 1: Wash Your Wings And dry them off.

• Step 2: Prep The Grill Make Sure You Have Plenty Of Pellets Or Charcoal!

• Get That Temp Set To 250!

• Step 3-Season Your Wings. I Use light Salt, Pepper, Heffer Dust and A light dusting of Chipotle Season!

• Step 4-Put Them On The Grill!

• Set A Timer For 45 Minutes!

• Step 5-After 45 Minutes, Flip Them And Go Another 45 Minutes!

• This Is Where You Turn On Kicks 99

• Step 6-WIth About 5 Minutes Left In Your Second Round Of 45 Minutes, Put You’re Choice Of Sauces In A Pan!

• Step 7-Now Set Your Grill To 400 Degrees and While The Temp Sets, Take Your WIngs And Loaded Up The Sauce!

• Step 9-Once You Hit 400 Degrees, Put Them Back On For About 15 To 20 Minutes
