Actress Jameela Jamil Slams Khloe Kardashian for Flat Tummy Tea Promo

The Good Place star Jameela Jamil has been an outspoken critic of celebs promoting unsafe methods to lose weight. But the actress has one family of women in particular whom she truly views as repeat offenders — the Kardashians.
This week, it was Khloe who caught Jamil’s disappointment after the reality star and mom to 10-month-old True, posted about Instagram’s infamous Flat Tummy Tea.
Khloe wrote, “#ad Loving how my tummy looks right now you guys! I brought @flattummyco’s meal replacement shakes into my routine about 2 weeks ago, and the progress is undeniable✨P.S the shakes are 20% off today and you can get Flat Tummy Tea at a really good deal too. Go check it out!”

The tea is actually a laxative and is not approved by the FDA and Jamil is deeply concerned over the safety of the product.
Calling out Khloe, Jamil wrote “If you’re too irresponsible to: a) own up to the fact that you have a personal trainer, nutritionist, probable chef, and a surgeon to achieve your aesthetic, rather than this laxative product…And b) tell them the side effects of this NON-FDA approved product, that most doctors are saying aren’t healthy […] then I guess I have to.”
Khloe has yet to respond to the comment, and likely won’t say a word. The sisters, and even their mother Kris Jenner, have long promoted the product and don’t seem to be slowing down any time soon.
