Chipotle is having a rough week after they were just named in a lawsuit.

The lawsuit was filed on the same day the chain had major issues with their app and website during National Avocado Day.

The lawsuit is unrelated to the company's internet woes while attempting to give away free guacamole yesterday.

Rather, the papers were filed by an Ohio law firm as a result of people falling ill after eating at a Chipotle.

According to Fox 28, nearly 400 people reportedly got sick after dining at a restaurant in Powell, Ohio between last Thursday and this Monday.

Common symptoms reported were diarrhea, lethargy, fevers, nausea and more.

This isn't the first time the chain has made headlines for a foodborne illness, as similar incidences were reported in 2015 and 2017 in other Chipotle locations.
