If you love pizza, but traditional pizza doesn’t love you… this may be a great alternative. It’s a gluten-free pizza recipe that’s also Keto-friendly. Someone shared this one with me years ago when I went gluten-free. Be prepared, the “crust” is not like traditional pizza crust. You’ll need a fork for this one. But, if you’re craving pizza– this should hit the spot!
Ingredients:
- 1 – 8 ounce package of cream cheese (room temperature works best)
- 2 – eggs
- 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese (I used the grated type)
- Seasoning
- Pizza Sauce (I used an 8 ounce can of tomato sauce and seasoned with Italian seasoning, garlic, onion, salt and pepper)
- Mozzarella cheese
- Pizza Toppings
Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees!
