The Pandemic Effect

In recent months, there was the "Great Resignation."  Many people were leaving their work environments. The reasons behind leaving varied. However the pandemic changed corporate America.

Some enjoyed more flexibility and working from home, while others faced unrealistic expectations from their employers.  And for employers, finding reliable and hardworking employees proved to be difficult.

Survey of Employers

One Augusta-based company made the list.  Augusta University came in at number 79 out of 100. And they employ 6,500 people.  A few other educational organizations are also on the list.  See the full list HERE.
