My absolute favorite way to unwind after a busy day at work is sipping on a whiskey on my back patio with my wife, while playing with my dog Zoe.  I usually spend $30 – $40 for the big bottle.  So when I saw that the world’s largest bottle of whiskey sold for $1.4 Million, all I could think of was how TORTUROUS it would be to just stare at that thing every day.

The 32-year-old Macallan single malt was sold at an auction in the U.K. recently.  It was also officially certified by Guinness World Records as the largest when it was bottled.  The bottle is almost six feet tall and it contains 311 liters of whiskey, which is 444 standard bottles.  It’s called “The Intrepid” and you can check out the bottle and read more below!
