In Stallion’s heavily influenced popular video games track, the Grammy-winning artist features many pop culture nods for beloved games like Tekken, Street Fighter, Mortal Kombat, Snake, and Dance Dance Revolution. She has been teasing the track ahead of its release with fun video game concept art. Making more references to beloved movies like Jumanji and Scott Pilgrim vs. the World, the hip-hop queen sure knows how to keep her fans entertained with her visuals.

Seconds after the track drops, we can hear Gwen Stefani‘s iconic voice singing, “La, la, la, la, la, la, la.” Meg sampled Stefani’s 2004 Love. Angel. Music. Baby. hit, “What You Waiting For?” More lines from Stefani’s song include looped vocals of her singing, “tick, tock, tick, tock,” and “oh, oh, oh.”
Throughout the song, Megan calls out someone who’s only relevant because they post dances on TikTok, calling them out and saying their time is up. Fans on social media believe she is shading Nicki Minaj, with one person commenting on Meg’s Instagram post, “She got the anime fans and still making subtle disses at Nicki lol.”
Reacting on Meg’s social media post using the Gwen Stefani sample, one person on Instagram wrote, “THE GWEN STEFANI SAMPLE! [crying emoji] ♥️ YOU ARE SO BEYOND!!!.”
