A Church In Pittsburgh Gives Back To Local Grocery Store In A Big Way!
An act of kindness goes a long way, especially during times like these…
The Macedonia Church of Pittsburgh surprised a local Giant Eagle grocery store on the Southside this past Saturday. They so generously paid the grocery bills of 200 shoppers and gifted all staff $50 gift cards for their front-line work.
The Church carries out these types of acts to connect with the community and to spread kindness where they can. Pastor Brian Edmunds said, “if we can have 2021 have a fresh start for a lot of people, and they feel blessed, loved, they feel they’re not in this by themselves, that would be an awesome way for us to be who we’re called to be.”
