Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce Ready for Downtime After Super Bowl Defeat
Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce may have more time to spend together. When the Philadelphia Eagles beat Kansas City 40-22 in Super Bowl LIX, both the NFL season and the celebrity couple’s busy schedules came to an end on Feb. 9, 2025.
Their love story started with a missed meetup at a summer concert. “When you say a relationship is public, that means I’m going to see him do what he loves, we’re showing up for each other, other people are there, and we don’t care,” Swift told Elle Magazine.
Swift talked openly about being in the spotlight, particularly when she attends his games. She joked about the TV cameras catching her “17 times or once” during broadcasts.
Swift showed her big heart by giving out $197 million in bonuses to her touring crew as shows ended last December. This matches her usual kindness — she regularly leaves $100 tips for workers at NFL games.
Coming straight from the Grammy Awards in early February, Swift kept spreading happiness. Still dressed in her awards show glam, she tipped the staff well before leaving the afterparty.
The Eagles ended Kansas City’s hopes of winning three championships in a row. Swift cheered from the stands, backing Kelce just like she had at last year’s championship game.
