Men who can grow facial hair tend to have the most fun when it comes to playing with their style. There are so many options when it comes to facial hair: a full beard, a goatee, a mustache. Then, there are the many shades of stubble like five o'clock shadow, to longer variations, with and without a longer mustache. Certain careers have strict guidelines for how long a man's facial hair should be, as well as the maintenance required to upkeep that style. For the rich and famous, they can do whatever they like with their facial hair, and some are even more renowned because of it.

When it comes to rocking a clean-shaven look, it takes a certain level of confidence and natural good looks to keep from looking like a baby, as many memes have pointed out. If your skin can agree with the clean-shaven maintenance, this may be a look you'd like to try out for yourself after seeing how good these celebrities of all ages look without any hair to hide behind.

How To Get A Proper Clean Shave

According to Gillette, the first step is to hydrate your skin to prevent cuts and irritation. Shaving immediately after a shower or during a shower is your best bet, as the razor blade will glide more smoothly. Then, getting a good lather from shaving cream with a blade that isn't dull is also essential. Use gentle strokes when shaving your face, and rinse the blade often. To get a tight shave, go with and against the grain to ensure no hair is missed. Once every hair looks gone and your face feels smooth, pat (don't rub, ever) your face dry and apply a moisturizer or aftershave.

Take a look below at the sexiest celebrities who look better with no facial hair.

George Clooney

George Clooney looks the best with no facial hair whatsoever. The clean-shaven look makes the 'Ocean's Eleven' actor look more youthful and with a great face like that, he doesn't need to hide behind facial hair! In this photo from 2009, Clooney attended 'The Men Who Stare At Goats' premiere during the Venice Film Festival.

Keanu Reeves

It has been far too long since we've seen 'The Matrix' star without a full beard. Keanu looks so much younger and more handsome without any facial hair, and the last time he went out in public clean-shaven was 15 years ago! As Reeves was growing his beard out, there were noticeable patches of hair missing, so we understand why he doesn't want to shave it now.

Henry Cavill

Cavill will forever look better clean-shaven, thanks to his starring role as Superman, but his final look as Clark Kent cost Warner Bros. Studios millions. The British actor had grown a mustache for a role in 'Mission: Impossible - Fallout,' which he was filming at the same time as 'Man of Steel.' The result: Warner Bros. had to digitally remove his 'stache in post-production.

Denzel Washington

Denzel honestly looks great with any facial hairstyle, but there is something about the clean-shaven look that just takes him to a much higher level. He often switches up his look, not only with his choice of facial hair, but with his hairstyle, too, and we appreciate a man who isn't afraid of changing it up. That's the power of being handsome!

Paul Rudd

You may always envision Rudd clean-shaven, but he does sometimes sport a goatee, mustache, or full-beard. However, with the man who looks like he likes to smile, having a freshly shaven face looks much more attractive to us.

Robert Pattinson

From his 'Harry Potter' and 'Twilight' days, we've always seen Pattinson have no facial hair. As the actor grew out his facial hair to a full beard, it just ended up hiding his incredible bone structure, and that's just a waste. We much prefer him to show off all of his face at all times.

Brad Pitt

The 'Bullet Train' actor is another case of a celebrity who looks insanely hot no matter what type of facial hairstyle he has going on. Nonetheless, when Brad shaves it all off, his dimples are his most handsome asset besides his beautiful blue eyes.

Simu Liu

The 'Barbie' actor is usually clean-shaven, and that's how we prefer him. In the times when Liu has sported a goatee, his handsome levels have dropped down a lot, as his high cheekbones shine best when there's no hair as a distraction.
