The Dallas Brass will take the stage at USC Aiken's Etherredge Center on March 25. The show kicks off at 7 p.m., taking audiences through various musical styles from lively Dixieland to show-stopping Broadway favorites in their American Musical Journey program.

Founded in Texas in 1983, the group showcases the talents of Brian Neal and Luis Cardenas Casillas on trumpet, John Wasson brings on trombone, Craig Hill on percussion, Juan Berrios on horns, and Paul Carlson anchors the sound with his tuba.

Local talent gets to share the spotlight too. The show wraps up with area high school musicians and USC Aiken students performing three special pieces alongside the band.

The group has performed at some of the country's most famous venues, including Carnegie Hall and the Kennedy Center. They've even entertained two former presidents — Gerald Ford and George H. W. Bush.

Tickets are $45 for adults, and $40 for seniors, military members, and USC Aiken staff. Students can grab seats for just $5. Tickets can be purchased at the Etherredge Center box office or online. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.
