Taylor Swift stepped up to help after California’s wildfires by donating to organizations like Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles, the Los Angeles Fire Department Foundation, and the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank.

"The fires in California have devastated so many families, and it's been heartbreaking to see the stories unfold. So much suffering, loss, and destruction," Taylor shared on her Instagram Stories.

She added, "As many people embark on some of the most challenging times of their lives, there are also many amazing organizations and groups banding together to help these communities rebuild."

Taylor even listed and tagged groups she supported, saying, "If you feel compelled or able to donate, please do." Among the organizations were 211 LA, the California Community Foundation Relief, Direct Relief, and the Pasadena Educational Foundation Eaton Fires Response Fund.

Helping people in need is nothing new for Taylor. Back in October, she donated $5 million for Hurricane Helene and Milton relief. "We're incredibly grateful to Taylor Swift for her generous $5 million donation," said Claire Babineaux-Fontenot, CEO of Feeding America. She explained that the donation would bring food, clean water, and supplies to storm-hit communities.

In December 2023, Taylor gave $1 million to help Tennessee residents recover from a deadly tornado. And during her Eras Tour, she donated to food banks in cities like Detroit, Tampa, and Glendale, Arizona, as well as in the United Kingdom.
