Happy Birthday, Zayn Malik! On Sunday, Jan. 12, the former One Direction singer turned 32 and shared a horror-themed birthday cake on his Instagram Stories. “Thank you for all the birthday wishes, 32!!” he wrote under a photo of himself holding a Last of Us-themed cake.

Zayn also used the moment to thank his fans for their kindness and support. "I’ve seen the projects you’ve all been creating to help others and couldn’t be more thankful," he added. "Thanks for raising funds for causes close to my heart.”

In another Instagram Stories post, he shared another look at the cake. It featured a big Clicker, one of the creepy fungal zombie creatures from The Last of Us video game and HBO series. His first name was written in bold letters on the base of the scary cake.

In the caption, Malik praised the cake's creator. “@thelondonbaker Thank you for this amazing piece of art, you’re an absolute legend,” he wrote. “This cake is the best I’ve ever had… in 32 years!”

The Instagram user @thelondonbaker is Elizabeth Rowe, who won season 2 of Is It Cake? on Netflix.

Back in 2021, when Zayn turned 28, his ex-girlfriend Gigi Hadid (who loves Cake Boss) had a special cake made for him by celebrity baker Buddy Valastro. That cake was inspired by Bradford City AFC, Zayn’s favorite soccer team in England.

The cake looked like the team’s brown and yellow striped jersey on a soccer field and included a scorecard that said, "Happy 28th Birthday Z! Love, G."
