Arrest in Deadly Hit-and-Run Involving Bicyclist
An investigation is underway after a woman was fatally shot in Richmond County Tuesday night.
Investigators say deputies were called to the 700 block of Cedar Street at 9:22 last night where they found a woman who had been shot at least one time. She died a short time later at Augusta University Medical Center.
The investigation is in its early stages and no other information has been released yet.
