Mega Hiring Event in Augusta Thursday

The city of Augusta is hosting the second of three mega hiring events this Thursday at the Augusta Municipal Building at 535 Telfair Street.

Tomorrow's participating departments include Augusta Engineering and Environmental Services, Augusta Parks & Recreation, Augusta Regional Airport, Augusta Transit, Augusta Utilities, and the Central Services Department.

Next Thursday, February 23, participating departments will include the Augusta Human Resources Department, Augusta Information Technology Department, Augusta Law Department, Finance Department, Planning and Development Department, and the Procurement Department.

Those attending either of the hiring events should bring a current resume and be prepared for possible on-site interviews.  Hours both days are 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. in the Linda Beazley Room at the Municipal Building.
