This sounds fun... but could also be pretty wasteful. Could you catch your ice cream? There's an ice cream place called Catch'N Ice Cream that recently opening in New York. And yes... they THROW you your scoop of ice cream!
They toss one big scoop across the room, and you're supposed to catch it in a bowl. And while many people can catch their ice cream... some people do drop it!
Apparently, if you drop your order, they do give you a new scoop. The TikToker who opened Catch'N Ice Cream gained his following online while he was working at Cold Stone Creamery. He opened the new ice cream shop as a result. Here are some videos of people catching... and then some people dropping it!
I'm not very athletically inclined... so I can just imagine this turning into a disaster! And potentially winding up with ice cream to the face or all over my clothes!
