There’s a global term that’s trending around the work place right now.  It’s called “Quiet Quitting.”  It basically means doing just enough to not get fired.  That sounds bad, but it’s also helping people get their work-life balance back which they may have while working from home during the pandemic.  The overall goal is to make sure there’s enough time in your life to get away from work and enjoy the things you like.  It’s not meant to be a lazy worker and most don’t even know they’re doing it.  This is also happening in China where it’s referred to as, “Lying flat.”  Check out the Tik Tok below!
