My wife and I are fortunate that we don't have a dog that barks at everything. She will if someone comes to the door, but when she's in the backyard she mainly barks with excitement at the site of another dog. Also, we don't leave her out when we're not home. We do have neighbors behind us with really annoying beagles that have been out until 3:00 AM multiple times barking their faces off. And when it's a Wednesday morning 4 hours before I have to be up, that makes for a pretty crappy work day. This was also happening to a woman in Australia and she took matters into her own hands. Her neighbor was leaving their dog out all night while they worked so she decided to bark back, sort of. While her neighbor was sleeping during the day she decided to blare "Who Let The Dogs Out?".
