Wet Nose Wednesday: Meet Frankie *Adopted*
Meet Today’s Wet Nose Wednesday Pup: Frankie!
Get To Know Me:
Hi, I’m Frankie! I’m a year old Boston terrier and I weigh around 16 pounds.
My Perfect Fur-Ever Home:
My ideal home would be a very active family who knows all about Boston Terriers and can keep up with my puppy energy. If you know my breed.. then you understand why! I’m goofy, outgoing and very active. I can get the zoomies so easily and I will keep you laughing for hours. Plus I’m still a puppy, I need a home that can keep up with my silliness and loves spoiling me with toys. I can be kinda shy at first but once I open up, it’s game on. Sadly I did suffer a leg injury before coming into rescue, it doesn’t slow me down but at times it gives me a little trouble. The vet said that is something my new family will need to keep an eye out on throughout the years. Also that makes me a little shy when it comes to younger children. I get a long great with kids but I get extremely nervous around small ones who don’t understand my boundaries.
I get along with other dogs and cats. They just have to be as active as I am and not mind my in your face personality. Like I said, I can play for hours. Having a fully fenced in yard would be pawtastic. Sunbathing is something I really do enjoy, just not right now in this heat but you get the picture. I’m house trained and I do well with consistency and positive reinforcement. Who doesn’t love hearing their such a good boy? It gets my little nubby tail just a waggin’.. cause I really am a good boy!!
My foster mom says I give the best cuddles on the sofa and each night in bed. What can I say.. I’m a love bug! I really wanna be where my people are, unless it’s play time. Then you’ll have to wait for some snuggles. I think she’s really going to miss me when I find my match but until then, she will steal all the kisses she can.
