CSRA News: Bond Denied For Columbia County Man
Bond was denied Monday for a Columbia County man charged with felony murder in connection with a man’s overdose in Martinez two years ago.
Colin Magill of Grovetown admitted he sold a fentanyl-laced drug that killed Alex King.
Magill was indicted by a grand jury last month. Prosecutor Natalie Paine argued bond for him should be denied based on prior drug arrests.
