Get To Know Us:

Hi, we’re Max and Milo…. we are lovable dachshund brothers looking for our perfect match. I’m 14 years old and weigh around 18 pounds and Milo is 9 years old and weighs around 9 pounds. As you guessed it we are very bonded and enjoy each others company. Maybe because we have been through so much together. Sadly our owner passed away and all we had was each other to lean on.

Our Perfect Fur-Ever Home:

We are looking for a family to give us a home together, with lots of rubs and kisses. Milo really depends on me being around so finding a family with other dogs would be beneficial to help ease his pain once I’m gone. He likes play time and chases around our foster siblings. I have better things to do, like keeping a check on the fence line for squirrels or borrowing myself under the covers. Both of us are very affectionate and live for cuddles. Who wouldn’t want two handsome brothers to snuggle with!

Our foster mom just adores us and will be so sad to see us leave, she just knows we will make some family very happy. We are both very smart little guys, house trained and crate trained. We get along with kids and other dogs. Might do better in a home without cats, we like to chase them and scare them off.

We hope someone is willing to open their hearts and home to us both. We promise to add so much joy to your family.

She’s a Georgia native but currently resides just across the river in South Carolina. She started in the radio industry as a part-time board operator, and moved up through various roles, including on-air positions and program director for multiple stations.
