BUENOS AIRES, ARGENTINA - JULY 24: Juan, Chef of the traditional pizza restaurant La Americana, takes the pizza out of the oven on July 24, 2020 in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Traditional pizza restaurants of the iconic Corrientes Avenue in the Theater District struggle to survive during the government-ordered lockdown to curb spread of COVID-19. Since March 20, they can only work with delivery and take away, which in most cases represents a significant drop in their sales. Unable to adapt or be profitable, some pizzerias opted to remain closed until situation comes back to normal while others had to close down definitively. (Photo by Marcelo Endelli/Getty Images)

It will be a debate for many years.  Does pineapple belong on pizza?  I say yes, but it depends on the sauce.  I’ve had this debate with a lot of friends over the last couple of years.  Most recently over a half Hawaiian and have veggie pizza.  And while some of them say it’s a HARD no to pineapple on pizza, I wonder how they feel about Froot Loops on pizza?

This looks…interesting.  It’s literally crust, cheese, and Froot Loops and I have questions.  Do the Froot Loops get soggy from the steam when the pizza’s done baking?  Does the cheese give it a milk-and-cereal flavor?  It looks like something that came out of an Easy-Bake Oven and while I’m a little curious to try it, pineapple on pizza has to be better than this.  Let’s at least hope it doesn’t taste how a Froot Loops box smells.
