BET Star Bert Belasco Has Passed Away

Bert Belasco, who appeared in BET’s Let’s Stay Together, has died. According to TMZ, the actor’s father thinks he suffered a fatal aneurysm.

Bert was found inside a hotel room in Richmond, VA. He was about to start on a new movie role, and was required to quarantine at the hotel before coming on set. Since his girlfriend was unable to get in touch with him, she asked hotel staff to check on him. He was discovered dead with blood on the sheets.

Along with starring in Let’s Stay Together, Bert also appeared in Pitch, Superstore, The Soul Man, The Big Show Show, NCIS, Key and Peele, and Justified. 

Bert Belasco was 38-years-old.
