Some of us wonder what our favorite celebrities do to keep their sanity, and I have to say… it’s not too different than us regular people!
Rihanna is an extremely busy woman. From her music career, to her ever-expanding FENTY line, this newly named “Forbes Wealthiest Female Musician” still needs her self-care time just like the rest of us!
She shared a long list of her health and wellness secrets, check out a few and see if they may work for you, too!
- Don’t Miss Breakfast! RiRi makes sure to always get her first meal of the day in for that extra energy boost and fuel to start the day. Rumor has it from personal chef that the star fancies hardboiled eggs and crustless-toast in the mornings.
- Exercise! Now, Rihanna has the luxury of working with personal trainers at times, but there are plenty of ways you can get your body moving and those endorphins flowing without one. Choose a form of physical activity you enjoy and dedicate some time to it each day.
- Hydrate! The FENTY creator makes sure to get at least the recommended 8 cups per day, especially when travel is involved. No wonder she’s always glowing!
- Set Aside Time for You! The only true way to wind down and recharge is to unplug yourself from life’s hassles. Rihanna makes sure to schedule personal days for herself in order to maintain the balance.
