LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA - JANUARY 26: Alicia Keys speaks onstage during the 62nd Annual GRAMMY Awards at Staples Center on January 26, 2020 in Los Angeles, California.

Alicia Keys is slated to release her long-awaited album, Alicia, this week. The Grammy Award-winning artist will be releasing the album on Friday (Sept. 18), as the singer made the announcement on Instagram on Monday (Sept. 14).

Keys told her fans to “Save the date 9.18.20,” while posting a video montage of her fans inquiring about her seventh studio album on Twitter. The video montage included tweets from fans either asking about the album or sharing their predictions that Keys would be dropping the project soon.

Alicia is the follow up to 2016’s Here, and the album includes guest appearances from Jill Scott, Miguel, Khalid, Snoh Aalegra, Diamond Platnumz, and Ed Sheeran, as Fox 23 reports. The 15-track album will be released via RCA Records.

It also includes the singles  “Show Me Love,” “Underdog,” “So Done” and “Love Looks Better.” Alicia was originally scheduled to drop on March 20, 2020. However, the singer postponed the album’s release due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
