Crayola Released A New Multicultural Crayon Pack!
For the first time, Crayola has come out with a 24 pack of crayons with all skin tones and we’re LOVING it.
The multicultural crayons come in 24 colors to represent skin tones, as well as classic crayons to fill in eyes and hair! The intent behind the “Colors of the World” crayon packs are to ensure every child can feel included no matter the color of their skin.
Small amounts of inclusiveness like this can go such a long way, especially for those who don’t always get accurate representation and visibility.
Crayola’s CEO went on to say “with the world growing more diverse than ever before, Crayola hopes our new Colors of the World crayons will increase representation and foster a greater sense of belonging and acceptance,” “We want the new Colors of the World crayons to advance inclusion within creativity and impact how kids express themselves.”
This amazing, inclusive pack will become available this summer but can be pre-ordered from places like Walmart in the meantime!
