Paramore’s Hayley Williams is Back in Full Force!
Hayley Williams covers Dua Lipa’s “Don’t Start Now” in a way only Hayley could do…
It’s been several years since we’ve heard from Hayley Williams, lead singer of the band Paramore, but she’s taking her newfound solo career by storm…
She’s one of the defining alternative voices of a generation. My generation. An era of angsty expression, colored hair, and studded belts; The mid 2000’s was made up of pop/punk, emo, and everything in between.
Hayley Williams brought a unique energy to the world of music and gave us some of our favorite rebellious anthems like: Misery Business, crushcrushcrush, and Ain’t it Fun. Even some of our favorite love songs like: Still Into You and Only Exception.
Haley announced her solo return to music late last year and has gotten straight to business in 2020. She released a project called ‘Petals For Armor I’ containing several songs and music videos so far, including: Simmer, Cinnamon, Leave it Alone, Creepin’, and Sudden Desire.
She was recently featured in the BBC Live Lounge where artists cover other artists’ songs. She took on Dua Lipa’s major hit “Don’t Start Now” and turned it into a slow-burning, pop ballad like only Hayley can do.
She is art. And she is back.
