Steve Harvey’s stepdaughter, Lori Harvey, has been charged with two misdemeanors in a hit and run case, as TMZ reports.

Harvey, 22, was charged with one count of resisting/delaying/obstructing a peace officer and one count of hit-and-run that resulted in property damage.

Harvey is expected to be arraigned later in January. The accident took place in Los Angeles, back in October 2019 when Harvey attempted to flee the scene.

A parked car was damaged due to the accident as well as Harvey’s Mercedes G-Wagon tipped over.

According to authorities, Harvey fled the scene and was subsequently apprehended near the accident.

Authorities at the time confirmed that she did not stay at the scene of the accident and was subsequently apprehended nearby.

There were no injuries reported regarding the hit-and-run.
