A few months ago, Lizzo called out a Postmates driver for apparently stealing her food. According to Rolling Stone, the singer tweeted, “Hey @Postmates this girl Tiffany W. stole my food she lucky I don’t fight no more.” The tweet was deleted shortly after.

Lizzo later went to Twitter to apologize for the tweet, explaining that she needs to be more aware since she has a large following that could have put the girl in danger.

Now that Postmates driver, Tiffany Wells, is suing Lizzo.

According to TMZ, Wells claims that Lizzo really screwed up her life. “Tiffany says she’s received threats and is concerned for her safety. She no longer works for Postmates because of the Lizzo incident. She says she lives in fear and is subject to ridicule and humiliation, along with stress and anxiety.”

Tiffany also notes that Postmates sided with her, and she followed the correct protocol, which is to move on to the next delivery when she couldn’t reach Lizzo. She will be suing for defamation and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
