Just in time for Halloween, Lizzo has shared a video to get fans into the spirit. The singer posted a clip of three women dressed as Hocus Pocus characters singing her hit “Truth Hurts.”
She captioned the pic, “Y’all hoes ain’t ready for Halloween until u sing truth hurts in the style of the Hocus Pocus witches and that’s on period, pooh.”
The lyrics for the witch version is slightly different. They say: “Why Satan great ’til he gotta be great?/ I just took a DNA test, turns out I’m 100% that witch/Even when I’m crying crazy.”
According to People, the three women are actresses and singers Gina Naomi Baez, Andrea Galeno, and Mary Baron. They have been going around to share the parody and various offices around Manhattan. Check out their original video of the song below.
