Report: ‘Clueless’ Is Getting A Reboot, But With A Twist

There are reports that the 1996 hit Clueless is getting a reboot.
Per Deadline, this version will be centered around Dionne (originally played by Stacey Dash), and it will have a mystery twist. It will focus on queen bee Cher disappearing, and Dionne filling her shoes. They explain, “How does Dionne deal with the pressures of being the new most popular girl in school, while also unraveling the mystery of what happened to her best friend, all in a setting that is uniquely 2020 L.A.”
They also describe the show as “baby pink and bisexual blue-tinted, tiny sunglasses-wearing, oat milk latte and Adderall-fueled.”
There is no word yet on if any of the original cast members will come back and make cameos.
